Kristal Givehand is the Founder and Managing Director of The Paper Trail Works and a trusted leader in the business compliance and legal document services industry.
A Southern California native, Kristal earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California State University, Los Angeles, and later completed an Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies from an ABA-accredited program. She is currently working toward her Law degree, further strengthening her expertise at the intersection of law, business compliance, and business operations.
With a professional background spanning human resources, business compliance, and operational strategy, Kristal has successfully supported business owners across Greater Los Angeles and now Metro Atlanta. She is widely recognized for her integrity, professionalism, and practical approach to helping entrepreneurs build businesses the right way—from the inside out. Kristal is eagerly looking to expand The Paper Trail Works to other regions.
Kristal is especially passionate about helping professionals transition from corporate roles into entrepreneurship by replacing guesswork with clear systems, compliant structures, and strategic planning.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending quality time with friends and family.
